We need people to spread the word about MiteGone and make sure that the product is used properly. Contact us if you would like to become an associate, distributor, or licensee.

MITEGONE^TM ASSOCIATES PROGRAM:

Any bona fide beekeeper, club, and supplier can participate in MiteGone’s Associate program. Associates purchase quantities of MiteGone, a liquid dispenser and evaporator pad, by the box and resell it in their local area.

TO SUPPORT OUR ASSOCIATES, MITEGONE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH:

• An instructional video and technical information on installation and use. You can resell the videos.
• Information to purchase acid at sources; instructions for thinning and filling pads for resale.
• Product Help line to direct customers to www.mitegone.com
• Authorization to download and print instructional literature for marketing and resale.
• Continuous updates on new developments and uses of the MiteGone product.
• Listing on our website with products and services provided.
• You can become a Technology Transfer Consultant.
  Consultants will provide hands-on instruction about MiteGone during field days, and provide help directly to individual beekeepers when they need it.
  They will collect a fee for their services.

EXISTING ASSOCIATES: CANADA USA

While I can communicate in English, Spanish, and Czech, the distributors and associates must be able to do business in English only.

MITEGONE DISTRIBUTOR PROGRAM:

The distributor will receive the same support as the associate. They may or may not have exclusive rights to particular areas, countries, etc. depending on the agreement desired. Minimum purchase is 4000 pads, prepaid 40 days.

If you are able to provide a translation, we can upload a dubbed video and print package onto the website in your language, including your own webpage of prices and policies. We will also list your name and contact information in the World Wide Directory of Licensees, Associates, and Technical Transfer Consultants. Consult the World Wide Directory for dealerships granted.

MITEGONE LICENSEE PROGRAM:

MiteGone Licensees will receive all the same support as associates and distributors, plus exclusive rights to territories and countries selected.

Minimum purchase is 8000 pads prepaid 40 days.
(8000 is the most efficient quantity for shipping, either via ground or marine transport)

In countries other than Canada and USA, we can arrange licensing under PCT Patent Protection providing the finished product, material, manufacturing, and marketing experience for dry kits or our ready-to-use product. Generally, the licensee is responsible for the patent cost and upkeep, and pays the MiteGone™ licensing fee under a specific licensing agreement.

MITEGONE PRODUCT PATENT PROTECTION:

In Canada and USA you are protected by already-issued patents and maintained by MiteGone Canada. Canadian and American associates and dealers should report any infractions to us.

Argentina, New Zealand, and Australia have their own patents maintained by their licensees.

Europe’s patent application was approved and the national phase of each European country is due at the end of 2008.

WE NEED POSSIBLE LICENSEES TO CLOSE THE LICENSING ARGREEMENTS BEFORE THE END OF 2008 TO TAKE OVER VALIDATION IN THEIR OWN COUNTRIES. Contact us for details.
